variations. I understand that I am responsible for all costs of services and supplies as agreed upon.
I understand that I am responsible for all shipping and insurance charges. I also authorize a photo of
my quilt to be taken to use in publication to showcase the longarm quilting for
Two Chicks and a Rooster, LLC.
